Do you offer a free home visit / design service?

Absolutely. We feel it is important before we start talking to clients about their dream bathroom that we ensure everything is going to fit and be suitable for purpose. We offer to visit the client where we will take measurements and check such things as water pressure and waste pipes.

This enables us to prepare hand drawn designs offering suggestions based on the discussions we have had regarding your specific requirements and to prepare comprehensive installation quotation detailing all aspects of the installation.

How much does a fully fitted bathroom cost?

On average our customers spend between £8,000 – £10,000 which would include everything from a bespoke designed bathroom suite, wall & floor tiling, lighting, mirrors, accessories and a complete installation service. ​We are here to help you stay within your budget so tell us what you are comfortable with and we will do our utmost to achieve the best solution possible.

How long does it take to fit a bathroom?

It really does depend on the work involved however most bathrooms are completed within 2 weeks. Obviously for more complex jobs the project can take a little longer but we will keep you fully informed throughout the installation regarding progress. We always advise against employing the services of installers that claim to be able to complete a bathroom within 1 week as it is usually the case that something is being rushed and not finished to an acceptable standard.

I have bought my own products will you install them?

The simple answer is no. Ultimately we are a retail showroom and offer our installation service to those customers who want to buy into our complete service. We take great care in selecting ranges of products that offer both value for money and lasting quality. We could not guarantee the products you have purchased from another source and offer a word of caution that in relation to bathroom fittings you very much “get what you pay for”.

I just want to replace my bath with a shower enclosure but wish to keep the rest of the bathroom products would you install?

Again sorry no. We only install complete bathroom renovations. Refitting old / used products has its own significant risks and we could not offer our extensive guarantees or warranties.
