We weren’t sure what we wanted when replacing our old 1970s bathroom but we visited Katy at The Bathroom Studio and she helped us come up with a design that we loved. Paul, Dan and the rest of the installation team did a fantastic and professional job, leaving the house clean and tidy each day (important as we have 2 young children). Install was completed on time and the whole process was much easier than we anticipated. Thrilled with the final result - would highly recommend!

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom, it is everything we wanted and is even better than we imagined it would be. Katy offers a professional and friendly service, helping us pick out every aspect of the bathroom in the initial design consultation and offered advice which shaped the end product into something we love. The fitters that were supplied went above and beyond, a huge thanks to Daz, Max, Paul, Jake, Jake, Dave, Andy and Danny - everyone was exceptional and all work was completed to a high standard. We were lucky to get Daz and couldn't recommend him highly enough. Overall, this was an excellent experience that has enhanced our home and I would definitely recommend the bathroom studio to anyone who was considering a bathroom renovation.

Katy and the team were excellent for my strip to brick and renovate bathroom job on a 1930's 3 bed semi in Firswood. Organised, clean, polite, value for money, all the things you'd want. Job overran slightly but I didn't mind because the work they were doing was very thorough. Always a potential stress when using tradespeople you've not had before but I would definitely use this team again.

I had my bathroom redesigned recently by Katy and I have to say what an excellent job she did. The Bathroom Studio's customer service was exemplary and the care and attention the team took to design, supply and fit my new bathroom was outstanding. I found the prices excellent for the quality of products, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Visualisations bought to life by Katy and the overall choosing of products was first class. Installers Jack & Dave were very thorough, professional and fitted products with upmost care and attention. Tiler Dave was very precise with the tiles and recommended themes to suit which I went with and all works were completed earlier than expected.

Our bathroom fitter suggested we go to the Bathroom Studio and we’re really glad he did. So grateful to Katy for all her help and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. We really needed to be able to sit down with someone to discuss our suggested layout and run through options for fittings and this is exactly what Katy was able to offer. Recently had our main bathroom designed and supplied by Katy and Sam. Delighted with the end result and how great Katy and Sam have been to work with. In a world where customer service is not always included Katy and Sam have gone above and beyond to ensure everything has been perfect. We’re so grateful for the care they have shown in completing the perfect bathroom. Jack installed the bathroom and also went massively above and beyond, he solved issues that we didn’t know we had and was so good to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. So grateful to have had such a brilliant team. This is our second bathroom with them all and we will be on to our third next year. Thank you!
