Home Visit
Before we can create your perfect bathroom we will need to undertake a site survey. By doing this, we can get to know what kind of bathroom design would suit you and your life-style best. We’ll take a look at the bathroom you’d like to remodel or renovate and discuss options such as wetroom showers, storage solutions and tiling schemes. We will then take your measurements back to our showroom and prepare hand drawn designs offering suggestions based on the discussions we have had regarding your specific requirements.
Technical Survey
During the initial home visit our installer will conduct a full technical survey. This enables us to check the positioning of all sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings as well as hot & cold water feeds, electrics and soil pipe to make sure that everything runs smoothly during the installation. We will then prepare a comprehensive installation quotation detailing all aspects of the installation.
Binding Quotation
When you manage a bathroom installation yourself, prices can easily spiral out of control with many hidden extras and unbudgeted costs. With a Bathroom Studio quotation the bottom line means the bottom line – and you pay exactly that – the bottom line. All our prices are fully inclusive and cover everything you need including labour, sanitaryware and fixtures and fittings. All professional trades including plumbing, electrics and tiling labour costs are also included. So there will be no unexpected hidden costs, no nasty shocks, just the comfort of knowing that your bathroom is in safe hands.
Project Management
The Bathroom Studio makes the process of installing a new bathroom a hassle-free experience. Your project will be overseen by our project manager from start to finish. We will manage every aspect of the job from removing your old bathroom (in a proper ecologically sound & legal manner) to organising such trades as plumbing, tiling, plastering & electrical works. All done with the minimum amount of disruption to your home and family life.
Our Guarantee
When we hand over your beautiful new bathroom ready for you to use, you can relax in the knowledge that all parts and labour are fully guaranteed for a period of 12 months. Fixtures and fittings have much longer guarantee periods underwritten by the manufacturers.
